Oprah Winery was born on a farm in Mississippi with her mom and dad. While she was a teenager her mom and dad separated and she lived in Nashville Tennessee with her dad. Her life growing up, living with her dad went well because her dad even helped her out by getting her to read books. In 1971 she won Miss Black Tennessee. That made her she got her own TV show and that’s how Oprah Winery started her own trade.

Oprah was famous for lots of things, she made 2 movies.’ The Color Purple ‘and ‘’The Woman of Brewster place.’’. She also had her own movies and TV show called the Oprah Winery .Over 20 million people watch her show everyday over 138 TV stations, have her show on there channel she also started a magazine called The Oprah Magazine she even developed her craft by trying all these things. Two things she had to over come was her parents split up and even worse, she was molested by her uncle.

Oprah was influential be she accomplished everything she needed to make her a better person right now by finishing jobs having to stay in school and do many movies and make good money even win many book rewards Tv rewards, movie awards She has been through a lot of things in life so she didn’t do everything she did before she wouldn’t be where she is today.

Oprah life right now is very good still to this day she still have TV shows and doing the same thing she did before and yes Oprah is still alive and is working as she also started a private school for girls in Africa.
